In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the lpo88 Platform is strictly conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lpo88 does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time as part of the KYC process.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or legal entity) registering on your own behalf and for your own recreational use.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of lpo88 or any affiliated partner studio or provider.
• You must not have a pre-existing account on lpo88 that has been closed, suspended, or self-excluded. Attempting to circumvent a suspension or self-exclusion by registering a new account is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or other legal prohibition that prevents you from entering into a binding online agreement or engaging in gambling activity.

To access lpo88 Services, you are required to complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply to registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active lpo88 account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. lpo88 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. lpo88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify lpo88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• KYC Verification: lpo88 reserves the right to request identity documents — including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence — at any point, and particularly before processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Ownership: Your lpo88 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any funds or winnings held within it to any third party.

All financial transactions on the lpo88 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: lpo88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per channel and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits are typically credited to your lpo88 account within minutes of confirmed receipt. lpo88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the lpo88 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal exceeding the applicable threshold is processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours during WIB operational hours (09:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available operational window. VIP Members with Gold tier or above benefit from expedited processing.
• Wagering Requirement Prior to Withdrawal: Any deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before a withdrawal request will be accepted. Bonus funds are subject to separate and higher wagering requirements as specified in Clause 5.
• Funds Verification: lpo88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, where transactions are flagged by our anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring systems.
• Currency: All transactions, balances, and payouts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). lpo88 does not accept or pay out in cryptocurrencies or foreign currencies at this time.

lpo88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 5x (five times) the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. For example, a Rp 100.000 deposit matched with a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 1.000.000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting (settled bets) contributes 100%. Live casino games contribute 10%. Slots contribute 100% unless specifically excluded. Togel (numbers lottery) wagers contribute 50%. Games excluded from wagering contribution are listed on the Promotions page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the applicable promotion. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses by creating additional accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered through within 30 calendar days of being credited will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's balance without notice.
• lpo88 Discretion: lpo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging, or coordinated exploitation — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Promotional Communications: By registering an account, you consent to receiving promotional communications from lpo88 via email and on-platform notifications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via your account settings.

Members must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the lpo88 Platform. Violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one lpo88 account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform, exploit games, or artificially manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML thresholds, or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including match-fixing or insider information exploitation.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion, account suspension, or geographic restriction by any technical or administrative means.
• Systematically exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or incorrectly offered odds — any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided at lpo88's sole discretion.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lpo88 staff, support agents, or other Members via any communication channel.

All content on the lpo88 Platform — including but not limited to the lpo88 name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of lpo88 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational betting purposes.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the lpo88 Platform or its content without express prior written consent from lpo88. Unauthorised use of lpo88 intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable international intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lpo88 hereby excludes all liability for the following:

• Any financial losses arising from your participation in sports betting, live casino, slots, or any other game offered on the Platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk; lpo88 does not guarantee any outcome or return.
• Service interruptions, latency, technical errors, or platform outages that result in the loss of a wager or inability to place a bet. Where a verifiable technical fault causes a material financial loss to a Member, lpo88 will investigate and, at its sole discretion, apply an appropriate remedy.
• Losses caused by your failure to secure your account credentials, including losses resulting from phishing, social engineering, or malware on your own device.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, howsoever arising, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.

lpo88 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lpo88 implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and applies industry-standard security protocols to protect Member data at rest. lpo88 does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by lpo88's compliance obligations.

lpo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Member is under 21 years of age.
• A Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming program.
• Technical or regulatory reasons that require lpo88 to restrict access in certain jurisdictions.

Upon permanent account closure for cause, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason may do so by contacting lpo88 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. For self-exclusion requests, please refer to the Responsible Gaming page for the applicable process and cooling-off periods.

lpo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lpo88 will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 calendar days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the lpo88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Clause 10. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at lpo88.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lpo88 holds its international operating licence. lpo88 operates under international licensing and is regulated internationally as a remote gambling operator.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and lpo88, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through lpo88's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected]. lpo88 will acknowledge formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by lpo88's licensing authority. The decision of that body shall be final and binding on both parties.
